This is a dialation chart. It gives you a better idea of what the doctor is talking about when they say "You are dialated to about 4 cm." I never was that good with the metric system, so this chart does give a better idea of what LABOR really means. This is it! This is the day we gave Ethan his eviction notice. June 7, 2006. We arrived at the hospital bright and early (6:00 AM).
